The new regulation will strengthen the BES

The Regulation on the Personal Pension System, which has been published on April 9, 2008 in the Official Gazette, shall be effective on August 9, 2008. By means of said regulation, numerous topics such as the unification of pension accounts, transfer of savings, suspension, first entry into the system, withdrawal from the system, group contracts, progress provisions, and increase in the amount of modified funds, are arranged anew.
